~ Creek House ~
“Creek House ” is a proposal for a summer house at the island of Paros, at the foothills, with a nice view to the sea as well as the surrounding hills. The proximity of the plot to a creek helped us shape the main design direction. The creek acted as the main reference to the overall composition and especially to the shape of the pool. The white volumes of the house slide around the existing cedar trees creating an insteresting play between indoor and outdoor space.

The houses is divided into smaller volumes, to better adjust to the scale of vernacular farmhouses. The patios created between the corresponding volumes house different activities throughout the day.
